The Eternal City of Italy, despite being one of the most populous metropolis of Europe, has multiple areas with a high naturalness. The historical gardens, the archaeological sites and the banks of the Tiber represent the ideal habitat for numerous species of birds.
Not far from the city center, areas such as Roman coastal wetlands, the Circeo National Park, Tolfa mountains and the Tuscia are of great interest for birdwatching.
We offer tours (half day / full day) between Rome and its surroundings, leaded by expert ornithologists who will guide you to discover the local birdlife and at the same time the beauties and traditions of the area. These itineraries are designed for birdwatchers, photographers and for all nature enthusiasts and are fully customizable (if you have particular target species do not hesitate to tell us!).

The following rates are per person and include a completely personalized itinerary with scientific accompaniment, observation tools (telescope, binoculars, field guides) and carpooling transportation if needed. Meals are not included but can be added to the price estimate on request.
